It looks like a Budgie but it’s smaller. It’s a Parrotlet. It’s a very light Blue, almost White. It flew outta the house last Thursday in the Scott and Bunting neighbourhood. It may not land on your finger, but if it’s hungry enuff, maybe it will. 😉
