Escaped Cockatiel near Nanaimo and Hastings. Seems to be hanging around Pandora Park. His name his Doctor or Doc-bird. Answers to wolf whistles. Escaped May 5th at 2pm. Was still seen in the area at 7:30pm. Lands on balconies. Will step up with the “UP” command. Ratty looking because of a molt. Tolerates people. Doesn’t bite but isn’t friendly.
