lost BIRD – Parakeet (Ring-Neck) (La Riviera Dr – College Greens area)
Monroe was lost 9/7 after following her for 2 days and 2-3 blocks (tree to tree) around the neighborhood. She responds to a wolf whistle (or dog call whistle) with a call back or unusual screech. Mostly LIME green. About 2-3 times the size of a regular parakeet. Lives to be about 30 years old (now about 6). She is not friendly to people other than myself – but if hungry enough maybe.
