Last seen flying by Oceanside High School . We believe its a male and he is very friendly but gets easily startled . He loves to whistle and bark like a dog and also likes making car alarm noises .PLEASE notify me if you see him or better yet have him. REWARD . please help! Has a bright red tail and grey body .
