He is a blue&white male budgie. He has a couple of molting feathers on his head. He has a dirty, grey tip on the tail- it is from sweeping around the floor. His nails are somewhat long, in need of a trim soon. He is semi tame, fully flighted. He will step on your hands if you approach him carefully.
