Our Green Indian Ring Neck Parrot/Parakeet got out of his cage. His wings are partially clipped, but can fly short distances.
He will nip but if you put a sock on your hand, he will climb on your hand and then he will be gentle. His name is Ringo.
He has a loose metal ring around his leg. Lost on Hereford Drive…off Keefer Rd and also off Garden Brook in North Chico.
