He flew out of our back door the day before Thanksgiving off of 51st avenue and Cactus Road. He has a black stripe between his eyes and around his neck. He is green with pinkish tones on his chest and an orange beak. He can say “Victor” “hello” and will answer to kissing noises and clicking sounds. He also has a black band around his ankle. I believe she is a female. She has been paired with our other ringneck for 4 years and since she flew away he has been devastated, as have I. Please if you have any information contact me.
