White with blue grey wings, large owl like eyes, and a crest on his head. He has a green leg band with the number (on file with 911 PA) on it. He has been lost for a very long time but I can not give up hope that he will be found. Was seen a week or so ago near centennial middle school. These are two pigeons though you may not recognize them as pigeons. The Germman Owl is white with blue grey wings and large owl like eyes. She has a white crest on her head. The helmet is white with a red crest on his head that looks like a Roman Legionairs helmet. Tail feathers are also red.
