Our cockatiel flew out of our window on 6-23-12 Saturday afternoon. His name is Sammy Sam Sam and he answers to “cat call” ..the way a man whistles to a pretty woman. he would recognize that whistle and respond to it. he has a light yellowish head. he’s friendly but probably scared of strangers.
