A bonded pair. They managed to open the cage door and are missed terribly. The hen is a light cinnamon yellow pearl pied, with orange cheeks, will look dirty yellow from a distance. The male is a heavy pied, a yellow bird with orange cheeks and some darker grey on his wings. I raised both of these birds and I am just heart broken to think that they’re out there in he cold, starving and exposed to predators. The male will “cat call”, the female has just a one note loud chirp of sorts. These birds are not leg banded. Please help if you see them or know someone who’s taken them in. They have a loving home here, and if someone has taken them in with the intentions of keeping them, I will replace them with another cockatiel that is tame. These guys are social but not tame. They may seek out bird feeders. using a net or soaking them with a garden hose so they can’t fly will be the best way to catch them if spotted. Thank you for looking, please help bring my babies back home!
