Chibbs is around 9 years old. He is not a skilled flyer, he answers to Chibbs, Chibward, Chibbies. He will respond to the phrase Hey Buddy, loves to whistle and will laugh. His beak is black and bone colored. He is banded. We got him from a rescue out of Michigan. He is grey and white with a few red tail feathers.
