This is poptart. He’s a blue Quaker parrot. He says “what are you doin?” And “pretty bird!” Today around 4:30 he got out of the house on King Arthur Court in south Saint Augustine. I know it’s a slim chance because he’s a bird but if anyone sees him please please help us ❤️
