Soleil is a 13 year old male cockatiel. He has a grey body, with a Yellowhead and bright orange cheeks.
He is feisty and he can be very loud and talkative. He will often screech or squawk when you call his name. He will also whistle along when you whistle. He likes to ride on shoulders!
He was lost in the Niakwa area – Windsor Park, Southdale, St Vital area of Winnipeg.
