Very light blue parrotlet with grey and white scalloping on his wings. He is very friendly, 6 months old in April 2020. He should step up readily. He flew out the back door unexpectedly. Most likely will come to people easily! He responds to human voices especially high pitched voices, he responds to his name usually.
