Missing Pet Bird. Our pet bird is missing since 30th April 2022. We rescued this bird about 10 months back when it was a fledgling and abandoned by the parents. It’s very playful and well socialized and always wants be around with people. It was never caged while at home and well versed with our neighbors and surroundings. When people are around it always wants to stay on their shoulders.
On 1st May it was sighted near Anthony Traina Elementary School and on 2nd May at Wanda Hirsch Elementary School. For some reason it likes to be around kids and we’ve noticed a pattern that its visiting the surrounding schools and parks. As it doesn’t have a bird ring/band attached to the legs whoever had come across thought its random bird and let it go.
