Male, blue Parrotlet named YONDU escaped from his owner’s apartment about 10AM PST on 08/01/2019. They live in the Oakland/Fruitvale area near I-880.
Yondu is very skittish, especially around hands. Please do not approach unless necessary. His wings are not clipped.
