Simon is a baby, he is only 3 years old. He flew away on Wednesday when my wife put him outside to enjoy the weather. His wings started to grow and we have not had time to take him to the vet to get clipped. He will talk or whistle back to you if you talk to him. He knows a few words already, step up, hi, hello, mom, hi pretty bird, hey buddy. Please help.
