He is green and yellow pied with a red cap on his head. Size is in between a budgie parakeet and a cockatiel. He will fly away from trying to touch him but will come sit on your head or shoulder. If he does land on you do not try to touch him just walk slowly indoors. His favorite thing to say is “everything okay?”
