A man found this parakeet in his yard and took it to a Vet Clinic in Jackson, MS. My daughter is a Vet Tech there and when no one came looking for the bird she asked me if I would like to have it. I went and picked it up on 2/23/19. I now have the bird and plan to keep it unless someone claims it.
