White and light blue parakeet located in the neighborhood around Country View Elementary School in Verona, WI.
White head. Darker blue chin spots on both sides of face. Light blue chest. Light gray on wings.
Found hanging out with a flock of sparrows. Climbed into bird cage containing a speaker playing budgie noises. Currently playing with toys and clicking at mirror.
