Found — Homing or Racing Pigeon (East side near downtown) – DECEASED

Found in Milwaukee on August 9, dead in the street (sorry!), about a mile west of Lake Michigan. It wore a dark blue Benzing band (I have) and a light green ID band (lost). I think the bird hit the overhead, streetcar wires. The location on the map is where it went down. It’s a shame. I can provide more details, should anyone want them.
