FOUND: A white bird with some blue tailfeathers (MADISON)

There is an all white bird with a few light blue colored tailfeathers that comes to our birdfeeder every day. It doesn’t look native to this area and we assume it is someone’s lost pet.
We live off Park Street on Ridgewood Way
