I think it is a budgie parrot. It is small. Friendly and noisy lol. Someone else found it but I have it. It is being well taken care of but would like to try to find it’s family. From people I have talked to it’s too small to be microchipped. It is green and yellow. I have checked several websites but have not seen any posts for missing parakeets in this are.
