Found budgie, & we think he is a male. & safely in an acquired cage and taken care of in our home until his family is found.
We are assuming his wings are not clipped since he flew onto our apartment buildings rooftop. He is very friendly and likes to sit on your hand but doesn’t like your other hand coming near him at the same time, & he gets very chatty when you put music on for him.
