White parakeet/budgie, with white upper chest and pale blue lower chest. Had black band on left foot.. The rest I can’t read. Found in the suburb of San Jose, CA USA, called Willow Glen on Telfer Avenue. It is healthy, uninjured, eats well, active. It landed on the side-walk (must have been tired) and allowed itself be lured by a piece of bread and caught.
