Found- small young parrotlet. Beautiful blue feathers. He/she was found wandering outside of an El Fenix off of Stemmons Freeway, at around 5:00 PM Sunday evening 8/17/14. He/she is in good hands at the moment and is being cared for appropriately. Loves human company, and approached me confidently when first discovered outside.
