Green/Yellow Pied Budgie found in the Auto Zone parking lot at Manchaca/Slaughter at 11am on 3/20/16.
The bird is in rough shape; she is emaciated and very weak from lack of food while she was outside. She is being force fed with a tube and it is unclear if she will survive at this point.
If you are missing this bird or know the owner, please contact me! We are not looking to rehome the bird; a permanent home is in place for her if her owner is not found. Any emails regarding rehoming her will be ignored.
Proof of ownership is required and owner will be expected to reimburse for any vet fees incurred.
