Sweet parakeet. Likes to hang out on shoulders. Seems like it’s pretty used to children. Found in a bush at Eldorado Parkway & Teel Parkway. Children found bird, he “stepped up” and found a place on shoulder. Please contact Brandy Baker via text if he is yours.
