Seemed dingy and dirty, but not in pain. Hopping, flying, and eating from feeders. I think he is male? Cere makes it hard to tell. He let me get very close which led me to believe he is a pet. Could not capture when I saw him, but he may still be in my neighborhood as it is full of bird feeders and bird friendly structures. Hoping this is helpful!
