New York Glendale/Forest Hills .. Spotted green budgie:parakeet by forest park on the grounds of the Forest View Crescent. At the bottom of trotting course lane and Margaret place. I just came back down without my dog to try to find it few into a tree. He was first spotted two days ago by my neighbor, doesn’t seem very afraid of people he almost stepped on my finger. I think he will go to his owner. I will help catch it and I will keep trying
