Little lime green & yellow parakeet has been eating from my bird feeder. I’ve been unsuccessful at capturing the little guy (or gal). Maybe he/she knows you/your voice/your whistle?
Across from Nicolet Elementary. Elm & Irwin in the old downtown area.
