Not sure if it’s a cockatoo or macaw of some kind(looks like a blue and gold maybe?) spoted high up in a tree late tonight at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. We put a bird cage on a roof with food and water near the tree. Bird is roosted in for the night. I will go out early tomorrow morning to see if I can coax it down.
