I’ve spotted an all white cockatiel in my back yard. it looks like its wings had been clipped previously so I am assuming it is someone’s pet. I am trying to capture it but it is on top of my garage. it can only fly a few feet at a time. I am trying to locate its owners asap because they may be able to help me capture it. I am including a picture of the bird.
