In my search of my cockatiel I have received 3 calls today about a yellow, green and blue bird about 8 inches in length with tail in tree near parking lot in Nolte Park off of Queen Anne’s in downtown Silver Spring. I am told it may be a a parakeet but I am not sure. The coloring sounds more like a conure.
