I found this website after losing my budgie in Lakeview. I sighted a normal grey cockatiel in City Park earlier this year, and also another time I saw a cockatiel with a yellow head in City Park in 2012 before the storm, ISAAC. Both times I was bringing my female cockatiel home.
I also saw a normal grey cockatiel a few years ago in Audubon Park, while walking my female cockatiel.
I don’t know if this info helps anyone, but I hope that someone will do the same for my lost budgie, “Little Bird Bianco”. Thanks!
