Spotted this bird but was unable to catch it. Seemed to be doing quite well, and was munching on some leaves.
Colors were very vibrant, not pale as is shown in many of the photos on this site. I don’t know anything about these birds, but this one was a really beautiful turquoise underneath and white on top with a few bands on the wing perhaps.
Hopefully knowing where it is will help the owner catch it. I can provide more details if someone has lost one in this area.
