I saw a Black Hooded Parakeet (Nanday Conure) outside my condo. It was not part of a flock which leaves me concerned that it is someone’s lost companion bird. I could not lure it out of the tree and now I don’t know where it is. This posting is for informational purposes in case someone is looking for this bird in the Delray Beach area.
