I saw a budgie at a bird feeder on Wards Island (#5-Fourth Street). Some of the residents already know about this and reported it as found on their local newsboard, but they said no one reported a lost one. They wonder if it flew in from the mainland.
The budgie is green and yellow, and has a yellow patch on top of its head.
