SIGHTED – Canyon country, Southern California (Santa Clarita area) – My mechanic told me he saw a Hyacinth Macaw (it could have also been an Indigo Macaw, he wasn’t sure) in his Sycamore tree last night (Nov 17, 2015). It was very noisy and vocal. I told him if he sees it again to try and entice it into his garage or his home with fruit and to call me immediately so I can get it to a foster home while we hunt for its humans.
