Baltimore County, Maryland – A Good Samaritan captured what is believe to be a Red Crowned Amazon parrot at the Catonsville Senior Center on Tuesday, March 13. A Baltimore County Animal Control Officer retrieved the bird from the Senior Center and took it to the Baltimore County Animal Shelter.
The parrot is eating well and in good condition; however, assistance from the community is needed to return the parrot to its rightful owner. If you or someone you know lost a parrot in the Catonsville area, please contact the Animal Shelter at 410-887-5961.
