I saw this found cockatiel listed on Craigslist yesterday, September 10th of 2016. It was found in Lower Paxton, PA, which is the Harrisburg area. It doesn’t give any info about the bird except that it’s a cockatiel and obviously someone’s pet. I hope that this helps someone! Good luck!
