Found the bird in Hatboro, PA in the cold weather. It has no bands. I don’t think it was out for longer than 2-3 days due to the cold. It immediately hopped onto my shoulder for warmth and would nip me if I tried to move them. It stayed for warmth for a good 20-30 minutes and then felt comfortable enough for food and water.
