This bird was found in the Tigard area just a week or two before the eclipse in 2018. I want to post about he/she once again and see if there could be an owner out there somewhere. He (we have been calling It a “him” but we do not know the gender) is a very sweet bird who I believe was possibly bonded to a man. The bird had a band but we removed it a while back.
