Very sweet, young cockatiel, found outside, wet and tired. I think it’s a girl. Hoping to find her family. She loves strokes and scratches. If your bird escaped in mid February (we don’t remember the exact date but it was around Valentines) in the Portland/Vancouver area please call, she may be yours. She does not have a leg band, and I had her scanned last night, no chip. Good Luck!
