I have noticed a beautiful white parakeet, with black or grey patches, and a really smushed in looking face ( the beak sort of slanted down) . I have bird feeders in my yard and this white bird looks nothing like any wild bird that feed at my feeders. I am worried about the winter. I would just like to reunite the owner with this bird.
