10/27/14 UPDATE This bird has been named Corky. We believe he is a Cherry Head Conure. He does not have a chip or a band. He is at Jersey Shore Animal Center and yes,this is a Shelter. We work with a number of Bird Rescues. For now, let’s concentrate on FINDING THE OWNER.
