Found a perfect pied cockatiel. Seems young. Has clear beak and feet. He says pretty bird. Very comfortable on shoulder and gives kisses and rubs face. Seems to prefer country music. He doesn’t like step up sticks or finger step up. Prefer to get up on arm or shoulder and will hop to another shoulder. Comfortable with males and females. Very sweet baby.
