Sweet baby was found in the freezing cold after a recent snow and rain storm here in North East PA!! She landed on a nice man’s shoulder, but he couldn’t keep her but I am fostering her, as I have experience owning birds. She does not like hands, but she does like to sing and is fully flighted. No bands or any identification. I cannot imagine she was out long, as we have had a brutal winter in PA this year. I hope her owner is found, but have no problems fostering/caring for her until then!
