UPDATE: REUNITED!
Found Indian Ringneck in Historic Bethlehem PA 18018 Lehigh/ Northampton counties. Looks to be young and is fully flighted. Looks to be a female. Flew to my husband while on our back porch. This baby looks to have been outside for awhile. Was very thirsty and now hungry. Owner needs to provide me the color, weather it has a band or not and a picture so I can identify the proper owner. Owner is very lucky this baby wasn’t grabbed by the area’s various raptors!
