Green, blue, and yellow bird (parakeet?) found in West Ridge neighborhood of Chicago by my neighbor. The bird was calling outside and responded to a whistle. Once my neighbor whistled, the bird joined him on his back porch and sat on his arm and head. The bird repeatedly tried to fly indoors. Unfortunately, the bird has since flown off. They most certainly have a home they’re missing!
